Description

Heisey Glass Frosted or Satin Madonna Figurine 9" Beautiful piece of glass art. Heisey produced the Heisey Madonna #1 between 1942 and 1946, and then again in 1956 and 1957. The Heisey factory closed in 1957 and eventually Imperial glass obtained most of the Heisey figurine molds, including the #1 Madonna. Between 1958 and 1984, Imperial reissued many on the Heisey figurines, including the #1 Madonna. Heisey marked many, but not all, of their Madonna figurines.
