Description

Offered here is a pair of lovely vintage Italian made chalkware hanging statues of the Virgin Mary one with her hands in prayer on one side of her face and the other with her arms crossed over her chest. They are very pretty and the colors are very gentle and spiritual. The one that has her hands closed in prayer has a rougher gold line towards the bottom on the white part. But I think it's from time of manufacture because it's just a little raised. Any other marks on these are from time of manufacture and because it is chalkware they havw more of a rustic feel to them. Unmarked. There are a couple edge bites that I'm including in photos as well, just so you can see before you purchase. A lovely pair and offers are always welcome!
