Large 20" rare religious sculpture statue - hand carved wooden angel with horn- indigenous Nahua tribes - folk art figures figurines primitive rustic. Each one is one of a kind hand carved. The price is very low as I have seen these tall angel goes for $425.00 on the internet . This is priced to sell. These are made by indigenous Nahua from Mexica, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua. This was purchased in Mexico in 2010. The angel is 20 inches tall and 4 inches wide at the widest part and 7 wide 6" deep & the wings are 6.5" long. The wings and horn can be removed for easy storage. The angel blowing horn are usually made from the tzampamitla tree, these are very much sought after. They are in the spirt of the European Santos figures.
